Frequently Asked Questions

Can I regenerate alt text responses that I’m unsatisfied with?

Yes! You can regenerate any response as many times as you please. Each regeneration of alt text counts as another one of your monthly generations.

What happens if I reach my plan’s monthly limits?

When you reach your plan's monthly limits, please feel free to upgrade to the next plan tier to get access to more generations and other features. After you upgrade your plan, you will instantly get access to the additional generations, we will only charge you the difference between your current plan and the new one. If you're already using the Professional and still need more monthly generations, reach out to us at hello@assetboost.app.

What’s your refund policy?

Unfortunately, due to the subscription nature of our product, our plans are nonrefundable. If you'd like to cancel your plan, login to your AssetBoost account, click on "Account" in the navigation, and then click "Cancel my plan" at the bottom. You won't be charged after you cancel your plan and you can always select a plan at a later time.
